In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the provisions of these Terms or anything stated on the website, and the agreement signed by the client – the signed agreement shall prevail.
Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website sederstudio.com, which is an e-commerce and information platform offering a variety of digital services and products (hereinafter: “the Website” or “the Service”). The use of the Website is subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and in accordance with any applicable law. By using the Website, you (the “User” or “Purchaser”) expressly agree to these Terms.
The Website is intended for lawful use only and is permitted solely for individuals who are legally competent, or for corporations.
The purpose of these Terms is to clarify the relationship between the Website operator – SEDER Studio, business registration number 025386491 (the “Operator”) – and any person and/or entity entering or using the Website and the services provided by the Operator. Your use of the Website constitutes agreement to these Terms and your undertaking to comply with them. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please refrain from using the Website. The Operator reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website if you fail to comply with one or more of these Terms.
These Terms apply to any access to and use of the Website, including its content, services, products, and links to external sources, as well as any information you submit. They form the legal basis for any engagement or transaction conducted on or through the Website.
The Operator reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The binding and effective version of the Terms is the one published on the Website at the time of your use. Therefore, you are requested to carefully read the Terms and the Privacy Policy before taking any action on the Website.
In these Terms, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa; masculine shall include feminine and vice versa, as the context may require. The masculine form is used for convenience only and does not imply any discrimination.
These Terms represent the full agreement between the parties and override any prior agreements, offers, or representations, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the content on the Website and these Terms, the Terms shall prevail.
The Operator may change or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, and the User shall have no claim in this regard.
The Website is available 24/7, and users may browse, purchase, or register for services at any time. However, temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical issues beyond the Operator’s control, or other reasons, and no claim may be made against the Operator for such downtime.

The Website offers various products and services for sale as listed and displayed. However, the Operator reserves the right to discontinue the sale of specific items, add new items, or change the selection of available products at its sole discretion without prior notice. Users shall have no claim against the Operator for any such changes.
Each product is listed with its price, which includes VAT (where applicable). The Operator reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time, at its sole discretion. The applicable price is the one confirmed in the order, not the price at the time the item was added to the cart.
The Operator strives to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and images displayed on the Website are accurate. However, unintentional errors may occur. The product’s appearance on your screen may differ due to display settings or screen quality. All images are for illustrative purposes only unless stated otherwise and do not legally bind the Operator.
Since inventory may change, a product ordered may be out of stock. In such cases, the Operator reserves the right not to supply the product and will contact the purchaser within a reasonable time to inform them of the unavailability. The Operator may offer a substitute product. If payment has already been made, the Operator will issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
Without derogating from these Terms and subject to applicable law, the Operator reserves the right to cancel any confirmed order, including, but not limited to, cases where there is an error in product details, price, or a violation of these Terms. If cancellation occurs, the Operator will notify the purchaser in a timely manner. If the purchaser has been charged, a full refund will be issued.
Prices on the Website may differ from prices at physical points of sale or social media promotions. The prices listed on the Website are binding for all online purchases.
The Operator may run promotions or provide discounts from time to time, at its sole discretion, and may end such offers at any time without prior notice.
Orders, Payment, Delivery, and Shipping
Payment can be made via credit card subject to the approval of the credit provider, or by any other method as determined by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to modify payment methods or order procedures at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Products purchased through the Website will be delivered either via courier or made available for pickup, as selected by the user and agreed upon with the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to change delivery methods and/or shipping zones at any time, at its sole discretion.
Shipping fees may apply, as listed on the Website. The Operator may update shipping rates at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice.
Shipping services are provided by a third party not under the Operator’s control or responsibility. Therefore, the Operator shall not be held liable for any damage caused by the delivery provider, including negligence.
Delays in delivery may occur due to force majeure, security situations, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or road closures. Such delays shall not constitute a breach of the Operator’s obligations, and the purchaser will remain obligated to pay for the order.
If products are returned to the Operator because the purchaser failed to collect them, redelivery must be coordinated with customer service, and the purchaser may be charged for the second delivery.
The Operator shall not be liable for delays caused by the purchaser, including failure to answer or incorrect contact details. If, within 30 days of the order, the purchaser fails to collect the products (through no fault of the Operator), the Operator may cancel the order, sell the product to another party, and the purchaser shall not be entitled to a refund.
Product packaging is determined by the Operator, and no claims may be made regarding its format.
Courses or lectures will be provided according to the schedule on the Website. The Operator reserves the right to change the content, format, or delivery method at its sole discretion.
It is the user’s responsibility to check the access duration for each course/lecture. Once this period has expired, access will be revoked.
Limitation of Liability
The Operator makes every effort to ensure that the product information on the Website matches the actual products sold. However, occasional good-faith errors may occur. Users are advised to carefully read all product details before use. If a product delivered does not match its description on the Website, you may contact the Operator for a refund or exchange. The Operator will either refund the amount paid or offer a replacement product and adjust the payment accordingly.
The Operator does not guarantee that links on the Website, if any, will function properly or lead to active sites. The presence of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site or its content. The Operator has no control over such content and bears no responsibility for its reliability, completeness, or timeliness.
The Operator is not liable for any damages resulting from purchases made on the Website, including but not limited to unauthorized or mistaken purchases, incorrect shipping details, or incorrect credit card input. Nor is the Operator responsible for communication failures caused by third-party service providers.
The Operator is not liable for any damage caused to users or third parties resulting from product use, except in cases of defective products due to Operator negligence and subject to applicable law. In such cases, the Operator’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective product.
The Operator is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or commercial offers that may appear on the Website. Any claims regarding offers or services from such third parties must be directed to them. Users shall have no claim against the Operator in this regard.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate internet connection and compatible device for viewing digital products (courses or lectures). The Operator bears no responsibility for failures arising from the user’s equipment or connectivity.

The Operator reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The updated version will take effect as soon as it is published on the Website, and continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Operator may terminate your use of the Website if you violate any provision of these Terms, and you shall have no claim in such a case.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by the Operator to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

The competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website. You hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns
Product returns and transaction cancellations are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981. The purchaser may cancel their order or return items under the following conditions:
No refund will be issued for opened books unless the product is defective. No refund will be issued for lectures once access has been granted.
Order cancellations or changes must be requested promptly and will only be honored if the product has not yet shipped. Requests must be made to the Operator using the contact details in these Terms.
Upon receiving a cancellation request, the Operator will refund the purchaser, deducting a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, in accordance with the law.
Changes involving adding products will be priced according to the rate at the time of the change.
Cancellation of a transaction and return of goods is allowed within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Returns are at the purchaser’s expense. The refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. The Operator may deduct up to 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, unless the product was defective or misrepresented.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify that the products received match the order. If there is a discrepancy, the Operator must be notified within two business days. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the order.
For digital products (courses or lectures), the purchaser may cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided that cancellation occurs at least 2 business days before the start of the course or before access is granted—whichever is earlier. Beyond this period, no refund will be issued.
Failure to attend a course or lecture does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
